Material / provenance

Make less. Trace more.

NULLWEAR approaches material and production language as evidence work: attach facts to the right garment and pattern version, disclose uncertainty, and make a public-safe provenance record readable.

A careful material story

The most responsible claim is one that can be located.

This page describes the NULLWEAR approach, not a blanket environmental certification. Material and production statements remain tied to available evidence on the relevant product or passport record.

01Materials before messaging

Recycled fibers need traceable context.

Material language is meaningful only when the applicable source, composition and evidence status travel with the garment. NULLWEAR does not turn an unverified fixture into a broad environmental claim.

02Made for an actual order

Make when there is a reason to make.

A made-to-order flow can connect garment, pattern choice and production record at the moment an order is confirmed. It is an operating model, not automatic proof of reduced impact or reduced dead stock.

03Manufacturing transparency

Production context should stay attached.

Supplier, manufacturing and material facts are shown only where a public-safe record supports them. Missing evidence remains visibly unknown, rather than being filled with a sustainability story.

Digital Product Passport

A garment can carry more than a visual story.

The passport is the public-safe layer where an allowed product identity, exact pattern version, material facts, care guidance and available production context can meet. It never exposes private customer information.
